An independent company for books and software

Our story

Eleista started as the publishing home for the novels of author Dustin Tigner, best known for the Arachnomancer series of humorous LitRPG. Running an independent imprint means doing much more than writing: editing, cover design, formatting, marketing, websites, and a great deal of software along the way.

Many of the tools we needed didn't exist, or didn't work the way an independent author needs them to. So we started building our own. That work became Gleamworthy, the software side of the company, and its biggest project, WordForge, a writing app for Mac and Windows that has been two years in the making.

Today Eleista LLC operates two brands registered as DBAs (assumed business names) of the company:

• Eleista Publishing publishes fiction by Dustin Tigner and, in the future, by additional pen names.
• Gleamworthy designs and develops desktop software for authors, including WordForge and Synopsy for Mac.

The company also runs two websites under their own names:

• AI Apps for Authors, a sourced directory of AI writing and publishing tools, at aiappsforauthors.com.
• HahaFiction, a curated library of humorous fiction, relaunching soon at hahafiction.com.

Leadership

Eleista LLC is owned and operated by its founder, Dustin Tigner. Dustin is a novelist and software developer who writes the books, builds the software, and personally handles customer and business inquiries.
